About the client
Our client is a large family-owned restoration agency headquartered in Anaheim, California. They specialize in environmental restoration and reconstruction services following natural and man-made disasters with an unwavering commitment to customer service. The client had been using XactAnalysis to receive assignments and used this data to create records in Salesforce CRM. They required a partner to automate and build an integration for receiving the assignments from the XactAnalysis system in XML format and to transfer them directly to the Salesforce CRM using Jitterbit.
